Why do I need to sign a contract?

We require all of our clients to sign a service agreement and veterinary release. The service agreement states that you understand and agree to our policies and that we have your permission to enter your home and provide care for your pet. The veterinary elease gives us permission to allow a veterinary to provide care for your pet in case of emergency. 

How do I pay?
We accept payment in the form of cash and check, all major credit cards and PayPal.
All invoices must be paid in full no later than the beginning of the date of service. 
Payment in the form of checks and cash should be left for your sitter in an open and clear place for pickup on the first visit. Checks should be made out to each individual sitter.

How much notice should I give if I need to cancel? 

Non Holiday Bookings

For Pet Sitting clients, we require 72 hours notice for all cancellations. Services that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice are non-refundable.

For dog walking clients, 48 hours notice before the start of service is required to cancel. Services that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.

Holiday Bookings
For Pet Sitting clients – Due to demand, we require 7 days notice for all cancellations. Services that are canceled less than one week before are subject to 50% refund. Any cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Dog Walking is suspended on holidays.

Monthly Dog Walking Clients

Recurring monthly dog walking packages are billed at the beginning of each month and are non-refundable. Cancelling walks during the monthly package will not result in a lower price.
